DO NOT TRUST THIS PRACTICE. After two years of consistent care, Dr. Kalvin Kapoor and his office abruptly abandoned me and canceled my medical appointment on the spot over an unauthorized financial charge. Dr. Kapoor is fully aware that I am currently experiencing homelessness and joblessness, yet his office chose to process an unauthorized $100 fee on my Cash App card without any signed card-on-file agreement or consent, completely stripping me of my survival funds. When I questioned this unauthorized online charge, they weaponized my mental health care. They refused to let me complete my appointment and are actively withholding my essential psychiatric medication refills unless I pay a lump sum on an old balance—completely breaking a $10/month payment plan we explicitly agreed to two months prior. Dr. Kapoor is refusing to issue an emergency 30-day bridge prescription, leaving a vulnerable patient facing dangerous medical withdrawal and acute psychiatric instability. This is severe patient abandonment and predatory billing. He treats patients like cash machines instead of human beings. I have filed formal complaints with the Florida Board of Medicine and the Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA). Avoid this incompetent, heartless practice at all costs.

Signed up for WebMD as a provider expecting it would help grow my practice, but it has not helped me get one patient. The return on investment has been disappointing, and there is little transparency about how patients are matched or referred. At this point, it does not seem like a worthwhile platform for generating new patient leads. I wish to give a -1 review.

I am treated at the VA clinic in Austin, Texas. I must admit, now and then you get a doctor that truly cares, (in any medical facility). Dr. Xiaohong Si, Neurologist, is amazing in both her analysis, research and approach. She takes the time to be inquisitive, which many doctors sidestep, it's not "in and out". Her patience is only matched by her genuine curiosity about your situation. She's an explorer and yet an excellent problem solver. Her judiciousness and concern for the human condition is awesome and gratifying.

WedMD is a scam who advertise junk through many sites from many foreign countries. I've tried to block them literally 100 times, they're too big, can't block them. They and Dr. Whoever are one big pain. I get 6 text a day.
