In 2018, I visited Dr. Owusu Darko for follow‑up on an ultrasound showing a 3 cm fibroid. I was experiencing heavy bleeding and significant pain, and I asked whether the fibroid should be removed. I was told there was no need for treatment and that I should simply “keep an eye on it.” I trusted that advice. Unfortunately, the fibroid continued to grow and is now 10 cm, and I have been told I need a hysterectomy. This has been a devastating outcome for me, and I wish my concerns had been taken more seriously at the time. I am sharing my experience so other patients can make fully informed decisions about their care. Based on what happened, I would not recommend this provider.

Northside Dr Angel Brown at 4450 Caliber crossing Acworth Georgia. This doctor is very uncooperative when trying to refill prescriptions. Then she wrote me two prescriptions which were wrote wrong by saying take two a day and only sending me prescriptions for 30 tablets. Her office administrator is rude inconsiderate and uncaring they expected me to wait 6 weeks to get my refills by going to a primary care physician instead of writing the medicine that she told me that she would write when I went there the first time. After one year she still didn't have my doctor's records even though permission was given. I found her very unprofessional a poor lack of memory of her patients. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. I complained about the poor prescription writing so they chose not to see me any longer. They sent a registered letter to inform me they wouldn't see me after September 7th I did not receive the registered letter till the 27th of August only giving me 9 days to find a new doctor. This was sent to me with a vicious intent to cause me not to get prescriptions refilled from a new doctor in time. They called and asked me why I didn't have the CT scan done that Angel Brown requested. The CT scan wasn't scheduled until August 26th. They had no idea what was going on with me or the CT scan and call to ask me why I hadn't done it yet. I feel like this was a total lack of not keeping correct records. They tried to cancel my appointment on September 6th because the CT scan wasn't done yet and they're the one who scheduled it for the 26th. I feel like Angel Brown has no idea what's going on in her own office and a lack of keeping records. Also my last visit there I had to wait over 1 hour while they talked about personal things of their own. If you need any kind of serious care that is not the place to go they're too busy playing office politics. The office administrator is always trying to show her authority

Dr Ott an Electrophysiologist in Tucson AZ from the Banner University Medical Hospital implanted a Pacemaker on Aug 13 of 2026. He has all my medical records prior to the implant so he’s well aware that I don’t have a general or Interventional Cardiologist . I’m in the recovery mode until Oct 8 of 2026. That will be 8 weeks . I had been having problems with my blood pressure spiking and since I don’t have a Cardiologist I thought I could reach out to Dr Ott for help and guidance on what to do. I left several messages for him. I got a call from one of his nurses named Hannah telling me verbatim.”” Dr. Ott doesn’t handle blood pressure issues your going to have to call your PCP for that he can’t help you, he’s a Specialist.”” I told the nurse that I thought since i’m in the recovery period he would be the Dr covering any issues that arose. She said “” no he doesn’t handle blood pressure issues and in future call your PCP””. I said okay I have and I will.

I signed up as a provider and was promised to have 30 new intakes through that website, but in fact there's hardly any conversion at all. On top of that, they trap you in a 12-month contract with a six-month break-out where you have to give them exactly 30 days' notice. Otherwise, you sign up for another 12 months. This is a complete scam.

The absolutel WORST customer service and outreach. I've had over a dozen calls from various representatives trying to talk over me when I say I'm not interested in their 'preferred provider list' or whatever exactly they are trying to accomplish with the calls. It's the most swarmy, disrespectful exchanges I have had and with numerous individual reps, which seem like scam artists. Wouldn't take me off their call list. AWFUL

These scumbags worship at the altar of Big Pharma! They will NOT accept my honest review on Chlorine Dioxide Solution. If enough people find out how well CDS works, Big Daddy Pharma would be out BILLIONS! They've SOLD OUT to profit generated by DRUGS THAT KILL PEOPLE! They don't want us "well"...they want us DEAD! So, don't trust WebMD at all...ever!

This is the most haphazard site with typo and conflates the qualification of providers with other similar sounding physicians to your name. Even if you have great scores from your very own patients and all other platforms WebMD is coming up with some BS scoring system. At least do your research and don't claim I went to a medical school I did not go etc.... truly shoddy work by WebMD! Zero trust in WebMD's work. I have reached out to them multiple times and cannot get it fixed it.., at least fix where I went to school.

As a practicing physician, I am deeply disappointed by WebMD’s deceptive marketing and aggressive sales tactics. For the second time in two years, I was contacted under the guise that they wanted to discuss making my practice a "preferred listing" in patient searches. Instead, it was a high-pressure sales pitch. The representative was entirely unprepared, having done zero research on my practice or website. I was pitched a patient chat/scheduling function for a staggering $1,000/month, tied to a mandatory 1-year contract lock-in. The most offensive part of this experience is the dishonesty. If WebMD truly offered a valuable product with a strong ROI, they wouldn't need to lie about the purpose of the meeting, rely on aggressive hard-sell tactics, or force rigid annual commitments without any performance guarantees. Save your time and protect your practice from these predatory calls.
