I don't really agree with the previous reviewer that slammed this hosting company all over the place. True, I was never able to get their website builder to even load, much less work for us and all we were ever told was "I don't know... its working here" so we (I) gave up and eventually got stuck with wordpress. In my mind, using Wordpress as your cms is basically the same as the Mac-Windows argument. You will either love it or hate it. I think its slow compared to when we were at godaddy and you sure have to spend a lot of money on plug ins to get WP to work the same as other good websites. God forbid when you have to update WP or one of your plug ins though because you will surely have problems. Most importantly, I think our SEO suffered using it. I did notice a drastic drop in website traffic when I moved from go daddy to this hosting company. I fault wordpress in general for that though, not these guys hosting. The customer service is good though, I mean they will return your emails and I do believe there is someone back there trying to figure out what is wrong. Especially when Charles was responding to support tickets. I have been having problems with a website I brought from go daddy to them and lately it has been going down, it took awhile to get it up and running again a couple days ago but they stayed with me. Its down again right now but I have no doubt they will get it up and running again. This morning's trouble... I decided to just close it down and let it expire because its no longer worth the trouble anymore. I think the prices are extremely competitive though and this company is worth trying. None of us really know the ins and outs of the internal issues with hosting so we really rely on their tech support to help us, even for what is considered "small issues" to the average website developer we need a little extra "instruction or explanation" and its usually provided. If you have built your own websites and understand the basic ins and outs of all that, if you can handle wordpress then I think you will be happy getting hosted with them. Go daddy was fast and we had lots of traffic but the customer service sucked big time, not to mention go daddy was expensive and their website builder was pretty limited. Here the customer service is good and the price is awesome. If you can deal with wordpress... then I think these guys are for you... Very worth it to us!

This is BY FAR the WORST customer service I have EVER experienced. - Their DIY website builder is not user friendly what-so-ever and there is NO tech support to guide you through that process - I asked them if I could use hire their site builders that they advertise having. Their response was that my website was too difficult for them to create -I couldn't access my cpanel for 5 months and the tech support said they had NO idea why -So I suggest that we change my domain name hoping that would re-set their issue which they confirmed they did so I have my website designers change EVERY page in my upcoming website -Then I cancel my service with them and during the same time some unknown company who's contact number is actually their fax number (so they cant comment isnt that nice) register the domain name I was told I had

I looked at other companies and nobody gave me the time and attention from webhost pro. The prices where great and they worked with me to give me a payment schedule that worked with my budget. I'm most impressed with how fast my website is! It has never been down. I love webhost pro!
