I bought a VPS server which is $29.95 USD, on 28/05/2023, but they are not approving my account within 24 hours; what a joke! After that, I decided to cancel my account and mail their billing team, but they didn't send any response. Their live chat option is another scam; they are a fraud. Waste of my money till now they have not contacted me. 03/06/2023 (Update) Still, they have not contacted me; what a joke! I have already sent a lot of emails but they have not contacted me. I have already contacted my credit card company, but they are not seeing this refund. Why?
