Please beware of the company policy now, when you are sign up customer they will serve you good. When i renewed the server after 3 years they now are saying i have node issue, The servers got hacked many times but i didnt complain as i am aware that it is a shared server and this is going to happen. But to upsell now they are fooling us and asking to buy more space and nodes

The response time when submitting a ticket using the support “tab” from the home page of your dashboard is awesome. Not only do you get an email notification that your ticket has been received the turn-around time of your issue or question is resolved super quick.

I had a bandwidth spike problem causing website and FTP suspensions and called for help in very late night. The support staff responded immediately and helped me set up Cloudflare.com account to monitor future website downloads traffic.
