Excellent coöperation
Both Jeremy and Kenny showed an abundance of patience, which ultimately got to a good resolution. Everything is abstract, making it difficult to discuss through a chat box. But little by little, the insight kicked in, and I truly hope that each of us can put this ordeal behind us. I lost Jeremy when we both agreed that I would need to reboot my system, and then Kenny was waiting for me once I got back. For further insights into the particulars, I refer you directly to each of those two chats. Surely you have those data. But none of us gave up.
