Hello Craig, We're sorry to hear that you've had bad experiences with our hosting company. We've reviewed your profile with us and all the support tickets that were opened by you. There were 2 tickets that you opened, in the first ticket, you were asking about our live chat system and phone support, in the second ticket, you were asking us about how you can deploy a test website. Unfortunately, we didn't find any requests from you about your desire to close the account and get a complete refund.

Hello James. We're sorry for the negative experience you've had, however our automated fraud screening software noted a discrepancy between your billing address and your signup location, thus our team requested additional account verification. Unfortunately, we haven't heard back from you and 2 days later your account has been automatically added to the removal queue. On a separate note, during the live chat session we suggested to restore your account from the backup, which would have resolved the issue. Unfortunately, you ignored that suggestion, so we weren't able to assist you any further.
