WebHostingBuzzReviews of webhostingbuzz.com

WebHosting Buzz promptly delivered an ideal solution, ensuring my satisfaction as a customer for 15 years. Yuga Kurniawan, the technical expert, demonstrated impressive technical knowledge and responsiveness. Thanks.

Timely and clear information, as well as an enormous willingness to support all my doubts

I have had email issues with WHB for >5 months. Incoming mails are randomly rejected with weird messages. They say my senders have bad headers and they should fix it. Why? Some are huge multinationals; why would they have bad headers to that customers, employees and vendors can't communicate. Some are from comcast domains. Do they think Joe-average messes with the email headers? This has been since start of new year, so I suspect it's due to a scheduled software update. And now my outgoing emails get randomly rejected on the other end. They at WHB are clueless. I would not use WHB if you intend to send or receive email through an address attached to your domain. Never. Pain in the asterisk. So frustrating I am leaving, even though I'm paid up for a long time in advance.

Quick and friendly response.
