As usual I waited till the last minute to order new contacts!!! I was leaving for a work trip and was freaking out that they would not arrive in time!! thank goodness they offered various shipping options!! Received my contacts the day before expected and off I went!! This is the 2nd order I have placed with them, prices are fair and of course shipping options are perfect for someone like me. I will be ordering again for sure.

Had a recurring problem with the site taking my credit card. Reached Andy via a direct number they sent me after seeing that I tried to order but couldn't. He took care of the order, fixed the credit card problem and made sure the scrip was up to date. Handled! Thanks, Andy

Last year when covid hit I thought it was the antibacterial that made my eyes red but it’s these air optix contact lenses that I bought from them! So I stopped and used my glasses for months! I tried a new pair recently and my eyes turned red again after a few hours of wearing new lenses at work! I thought they were torn but they were new so I tried another pair the next day and same thing happened! It took 2 days for my eyes to heal back to normal. These can’t be the real air optix colored lenses! Don’t waste your money.

Update: Bumping up a star because Mark was able to come through and ~magically~ get my order shipped next day (via ABB Optical) after I posted reviews to Google and TrustPilot. Received them today, UPS next day ground. That being said, still unhappy with how everything went - wish it didn't take this amount of effort and back and forth. Inventory should be listed on the website as in/out of stock as it is on most e-commerce websites. The fact that there's no inventory stock shown makes me wonder if I'm being dropshipped and just given excuses to pass the time until they acquire the inventory which seems deceptive as a consumer. With an order of almost $500, I expect to at least be kept in the loop about my order and not given an excuse or another tentative date. Either way not my business not my problem. Mark also told me via phone there would be a $10 refund for the trouble aside from the upgraded shipping which I have yet to see... but at least I don't have to threaten a chargeback anymore? :) (and now I have lenses for the next year!) In all seriousness though, thank you Mark @ WebEyeCare for taking care of the order and getting things back on track. Appreciate you! Original Review: AWFUL company to deal with. Bait and switch the prices, then they tell you the stock isn't in stock days after you order, then they make you wait for two weeks and when you contact them asking "where's the lenses?" Just for them to tell you to wait another another week for WEBEYECARE to receive them, then ANOTHER 7-10 days to process. Take your business elsewhere or spend the extra few bucks on a reputable seller. BUYER BEWARE.
