WebEyeCare could not have made the ordering process easier! I always order contacts online for my husband. A friend suggested this site to me, as the one where I had been ordering them kept raising their prices. This was fast, easy, and the contacts arrived quickly. I definitely recommend!

Contacts received were incorrect. There is no customer service on weekends.

Have used webeyecare multiple times throughout the years, and have always had a good experience. Customer service was great the one time I had an issue — issue was with my eyes as it turned out, not the contacts or the company, but they were very helpful. My only complaint is that on my most recent order, my Rx was not listed on the invoice as it has been in the past. So I had to hunt down my original Rx to figure out which contact belonged to which eye. Not a huge deal, but usually it’s on the invoice and that was helpful.
