Happy to receive my order
In the beginning, I did not receive my package because of a misdelivery. But later the company gave me a replacement, it was fast, finally I received my order.

Fast delivery as always.
Per usual, I was slow to re-order my contacts ("eh, I have time...") and just about ran out. Ordered on a Tuesday night and by Saturday they arrived. Reasonable pricing and quick shipping- thanks!

In the end, I got my order
In the end, I received my order. I found that communicating through email worked best to correct an issue with my order. I never got through to anyone on the phone. I tried their callback service and I did not receive a callback. I think things would have worked out fine if I had not needed to make a change to my order. Contacting WebEyeCare to make a change was hard.

Mary O in the billing department is an absolute pleasure to speak with and work with on orders and re-orders. She is kind, understanding, professional, keen on details, knowledgeable, patient (especially when I have trouble communicating precisely what I need or would like), proficient, sensitive to patient safety and confidentiality…basically, a wonderful person who happens to be a part of your illustrious company. I always look forward to placing orders with her simply because of her. It is a seamless and easy process. There was also another a sweet individual I spoke with on 16 July 2021 at 11:11 A.M. who was able to explain a shortage in inventory on my item, an elucidation that enabled me to understand the situation much better, to enable me to re-frame my expectations, and to allow me now to place future orders with that in consideration (factored in now).
