Ordering was very easy
Ordering was very easy. After searching the web they were the cheapest for contacts and price was very good. Uploaded prescription and they did the rest. Shipping was super fast. Highly recommend!

1/2 order missing
1/2 order missing. And asked to be canceled before it was shipped. Disappointed to say the least..
Response from WebEyeCareJan 19, 2026
We are sorry to hear about this experience, and we understand how frustrating that must be. It is extremely rare to only receive half of your order. Depending on product availability, your order may have been split shipped, and two packages will arrive. Please email our customer support team at [email protected] with your order details so we can review what happened and make this right for you as quickly as possible. Thank you for bringing this to our attention—we appreciate the opportunity to resolve it.

I received a wrong order
I received a wrong order. Opened the box and it had different contacts in it and not what I ordered. I would not mind trying a different brand if the box contained the pack that I paid for and correct measurements. However, not only got the wrong brand, but also a 6 pack instead of a 12 pack and with incorrect measurements:( I was told that their team will reach out to me, but so far no one’s been helpful in any way. What disappoints me the most is that I paid an additional $14 for expedited shipping.

We sincerely apologize that you received the wrong product. It is extremely rare that this happens. The corrected product was shipped out with overnight delivery on 12/29.

Not very impressed - Too Busy to be Taken Care of
Not very impressed. Paid the “extra fee” for them to process my insurance. They did not. Charged me full price, kept the fee, now I gotta submit to my insurance to get reimbursed. Awful and borderline criminal/scam! UPDATE!! Company delayed for almost a month before attempting to charge my insurance. Company Rep said they "were busy". Of course, the new year and my Vision Plan changed so of course they could not submit the claim. Sounds fishy. So now I've gotta do it. WILL NOT DEAL WITH AGAIN. If you DON'T have insurance, give it a try. Otherwise, not recommended.

The purchase of my contact lenses was very straightforward and easy. All I had to do was upload my prescription, make my selection and pay. They were shipped the next day and, shortly thereafter, hands. I am very satisfied.
