Wouldn’t Recommend Based on My Experience
Working with this company was a frustrating experience (I worked with Mark and Jason). After the initial payment, nearly every conversation focused on upselling — from SEO services to hosting and domain registration. I was charged $150 for a domain they promised to secure, but after a week of inaction, I had to purchase it myself through a third party. A refund was eventually issued, but only after multiple follow-ups. I provided all the content for the website myself, word for word, which I had expected. However, anytime I voiced concerns, I was told, “You can’t say that,” or brushed off with, “We’ve delivered 100% of what you asked for” — which simply wasn’t true. They overlooked basic tasks like purchasing the domain, fixing broken links, and updating photos, even after repeated requests. To their credit, those issues were eventually resolved. Unfortunately, the final website was delivered without the Google Analytics tags, which should have been a simple addition to WordPress.
