Web Design VibeReviews of webdesignvibe.com

Web Design Vibe is a truly outstanding company. They listen to the customer, suggest ideas and keep on developing a great website. What's the most important thing is, and that's where this company is fundamentally different from other companies, they stay constantly in touch with customer, each step of the way. So at the end there are no big surprises or misunderstandings. It was my utmost pleasure to work with Web Design Vibe. Must highly recommend to anyone who wants a great website for a good price.

Firstly I was pressured into writing my first review after begging to quit the process because it was going so badly. Despite that I still had hope it would all work out. So I wrote it because I’m a good person. The truth is that this has been the hardest and most miserable process and I’m hurt betrayed and ultimately kicked aside, my ideas abandoned, my hopes for my business gone. I spent 10 months with these guys leading me on. They constantly put me on the back burner, neglected my carefully thought out and written directions, ignored my pictures and artwork. I was gaslit the entire time, told they could not accomplish finishing the website and my deadline with 6 weeks advance notice. (At the end of 10 months of trying to get something right) and now they are not refunding me. Please do not agree to work with them. They will get you hooked thinking you’re buying a “package deal” and then spring another payment for this and another payment for that. Just don’t do it.

I’m super happy with the website that’s designed for me. Been working with Paul, and he is so knowledgeable and super helpful. Could not be happier with the customer service and that’s why I decided to have them host my website too. 100% recommend!

These guys made building a website easy very communicative great at what they do anytime I had a question they answered right away very fair pricing and just always wanted to make sure I was happy with the job highly recommend them for any type of website design or work.

Great company as well as staff, employee’s, and service. Mike, Alex and all involved. …. Tooooo….sales aggressive,

I hired this company to build a website for me in September 2025. Everything looked great and then came the upsell. All they cared about was the Seo and hosting services that they could sell. In January 2026, I was contacted by Pixsy, a service that searches out copyrighted photos, and was told I needed to pay $2500.00 to their client because Web Design Vibe used one of their photos. Web Design Vibe has not been able to show proof that they had rights to the material they used. I had the website taken down and haven’t had one for months. I am currently receiving letters from Pixsy and being threatened to be sued. Web Design Vibe will not stand behind their work. In response to Web Design Vibes comment. I have repeated asked for copy of their license for the photos. Web Design Vibe refuses to provide the necessary license.

My project manager, Emma Hale, worked with me on a consistent basis. She was instrumental in the completion of my project and it turned out just beautifully.

Rob Garner and the team at WDV have been more than a benefit to me and my business. They took time to thoroughly understand my design concept, combined it with their experience which resulted in a website that complements the history that it represents.
