Firstly I was pressured into writing my first review after begging to quit the process because it was going so badly. Despite that I still had hope it would all work out. So I wrote it because I’m a good person. The truth is that this has been the hardest and most miserable process and I’m hurt betrayed and ultimately kicked aside, my ideas abandoned, my hopes for my business gone. I spent 10 months with these guys leading me on. They constantly put me on the back burner, neglected my carefully thought out and written directions, ignored my pictures and artwork. I was gaslit the entire time, told they could not accomplish finishing the website and my deadline with 6 weeks advance notice. (At the end of 10 months of trying to get something right) and now they are not refunding me. Please do not agree to work with them. They will get you hooked thinking you’re buying a “package deal” and then spring another payment for this and another payment for that. Just don’t do it.

I hired this company to build a website for me in September 2025. Everything looked great and then came the upsell. All they cared about was the Seo and hosting services that they could sell. In January 2026, I was contacted by Pixsy, a service that searches out copyrighted photos, and was told I needed to pay $2500.00 to their client because Web Design Vibe used one of their photos. Web Design Vibe has not been able to show proof that they had rights to the material they used. I had the website taken down and haven’t had one for months. I am currently receiving letters from Pixsy and being threatened to be sued. Web Design Vibe will not stand behind their work. In response to Web Design Vibes comment. I have repeated asked for copy of their license for the photos. Web Design Vibe refuses to provide the necessary license.

Avoid this company and specifically Eric West. The entire experience has been unprofessional and full of broken promises from Eric. Eric said the onboarding call was stated to take place 30 minutes after purchase. It took a little over an hr. and felt rushed the entire time. Eric advertised no hidden fees and a one-time payment, but less than an hour later Eric tried to add another $500 charge. This is shady business practice and shows a complete lack of customer care and transparency. Waste of time and money.
