In 2021 I had this company create a website for me. No issues. All went well until the end of 2023. They contacted me out the blue to inform me about a Google compliance issue that needed to be resolved. When I asked about the cost, they informed me it would be $900. Without clear information, I did not act immediately. Early in 2024, I noticed the website was not operational and reached out to them for a response. They told me it had to do with the non-compliance issues. So for the past 3 months, I have been trying to get a CLEAR UNDERSTANDING from them on how to correct the issue IN WRITING and they refuse to provide me anything. Most recently they organized a call with me and they did not attend. I find this very unprofessional and this is in addition to my requests for information(receipts for work performed, access to back end of website) that go unanswered. I would have a hard tine recommending this company to anyone in the future, if this is the way they treat their customers. All I want is a functioning website and they are not helping me.

Frank Brown is what I enjoyed about working with Web Design Harbour. Originally I was not having a good experience at all, but after Frank took over my project, he turned things around and helped design a site that I am very happy with. He has also been extremely responsive and communicative along the way.
