Web Design HarbourReviews of webdesignharbour.com

I am very happy with their services, i made a website and purchased a domaine with them 2 years ago and I thought they would just disappear after my purchase but whenever I have a security issue with my page they are quick to recover it and get me back on my feet. 4/5 because they are quick and always provide solutions, YES they are price but I find that after that purchase you dont pay more money, the solutions are free, at least for the package I got. I had a very bad experience AT FIRST when dealing with John Brown. He never checked his work - Promises were made and never delivered. He was totally unaware of my needs and his needs always came first. I strongly suggest to never use John Brown as a point of contact he is good only for long exhausting emails. He needs to learn what CUSTOMER SERVICE means and maybe he will be on the right road. KNOW THE GOOD NEWS. His supervisor: Richard - richard@webdesignharbour- IS THE BEST. He fixed all the problems within 24 hours and was completely responsive to my needs. I would strongly suggest if you use this company and you should now ask for John First!!!!!! That way you will get more than your monies worth. Very Happy Now - Stones Best Bagels!
