Great team and response

I really enjoyed working with Frank. He is very professional and takes pride in his craft. He listened to what I wanted and then executed it. If I wasn’t happy he didn’t get frustrated, he is very patient and was more than happy to make any changes. I would definitely refer them to my friends and family and use them myself again if need be.

They made things right financially in the end

The WDH team was very professional and prompt to my needs and desires. I would use them again and will recommend WDH to friends and associates.

The customer service support, while I was conferring with my union executive board, was phenomenal. Through the entire experience he was in contact with me, making sure I had all the information necessary to take to the board. They offered logo designs that we could possibly use. All of this was done without us committing to anything. I can only imagine how fantastic the customer support would be with a purchase.

I had a very bad experience AT FIRST when dealing with John Brown. He never checked his work - Promises were made and never delivered. He was totally unaware of my needs and his needs always came first. I strongly suggest to never use John Brown as a point of contact he is good only for long exhausting emails. He needs to learn what CUSTOMER SERVICE means and maybe he will be on the right road. KNOW THE GOOD NEWS. His supervisor: Richard - richard@webdesignharbour- IS THE BEST. He fixed all the problems within 24 hours and was completely responsive to my needs. I would strongly suggest if you use this company and you should now ask for John First!!!!!!
