Although Weathrertech could be a good product - after purchasing they could care less. My front drivers side has become "wavy" - my shoe gets caught in it - as a senior, I am so afraid I will fall. Customers CANNOT purchase just one replacement mat - you have to buy the full front set. Unfortunately, I cannot afford to replace both mats for the front. I see others have the same problem - come on Weathertech care about your customers.

Opportunistic and Inconsiderate! Good product but only disappointment after buying the first full set of weather car mats. First of all, they won't sell the driver's side mat without the passenger side matt. That's opportunistic because driver's side (on average) wears out 3x faster than passenger side. What are we supposed to do with the accumulation of unneeded passenger side floor mats? It's not like they can be used at the front door. I eventually broke down and ordered both sides just to replace the driver's side. But I mistakenly ordered the light-duty model vs the all-weather mats. I tried to cancel the order within the hour, but no dice. Twenty four hours later they sent an email confirming the item had shipped. But not a word about the cancelation request. Last straw was the return process / policy / cost. Turns out customers pay for shipping returns. Cost me $60 to return a $109 purchase. And customer has to open (or have) an account with a carrier like UPS in order to buy postage. And have a printer at home to print the label. WeatherTech could at least provide a return label, and bill the customer for the cost of shipping - at the preferred rate it negotiated with its main carrier! I'll never spend another dime with weather tech. I'll patch the worn spot with a piece of rubber mat from another product, and glue it down with monster glue. When it's time to sell the car I'll buy a fresh set of mats from another company. WeatherTech is opportunistic and inconsiderate!

I've ordered Weathertech before and was happy with the product. This time the fit was poor and my wife didn't like the color. Here's the problem. It cost me $29.00 to return the mats and then they kept an additional $18.00 for their shipping. SO the whole experience cost me $47.00 and I have nothing to show for it. READ THE WARRANTY RETURN CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU BUY! I didn't and I wont make the mistake again of ordering anything from Weathertech. They proudly state they are made in America, they should add that they also have what might be the worst return policy in America as well.

I have never heard of anyone ever wearing out a weather tech floor mat. I have a 2014 f-350. I put weathertech floor mats in 2 days after I bought( I have weather tech in all of my vehicles) I was vacuuming my floors last night and realized the driver side mat had worn all the way through. Sand and dirt and gravel was in my carpet. I will still buy weather tech.

Wrong product delivered on Nov 8. Took a week to get label to send them back. Still waiting for 2 floor mats almost 3 weeks. All my fault though. Should have went with a different company. Thanks for your time

The worst purchase I've ever made from weathertech! Lawsuit waiting to happen. These mats just slip from under your feet cause they trap water underneath. I bought two, one for indoor and one for outdoor equally dangerous. I've reached out to weathertech and they don't seem to be interested. I didn't ask for refund, I'm not using them. It was just a concerned call.

Poor fit. Charged me $18 to return the product after sending in photos

I love my new liners for my new 2021 Venza. They fit perfect and were cut and sent so quick. I couldn't believe how quick my order was processed.
