I have used weather tech mats in several cars in the past. The set I bought for my most recent car, a BMW, does not fit as well as earlier mats and the quality of the material is much less. The mats have curled up and slide around on the floor. The drivers mat catches on the gas pedal and is dangerous. The hooks provided to hold them down will not stay in the carpeting.

The cargo mat for the BMW 2017 X3 does not fit. It requires taking apart your car, I didn't have the special tools required and broke the tab that holds it in place. Then I had to cut the lip of the liner to make it fit, destroying the ability of it to hold water. I contacted customer service, they just tell me they tell you that you will have to make some cuts, but they didn't mention breaking my car and ruining a $100 cargo liner. Fame and fortune ruin everything!

I was highly disappointed with the quality of the WeatherTech floor mats I purchased for my van. Despite paying a premium high price, the mats turned ugly and mushy after only 8 months of use. The corners became misshapen and unattractive, making the entire van look terrible. I regret spending so much money on this low quality product and would not recommend it to others.

I ordered a trunk liner for our xt4 Cadillac. The color shipped was not the color I had ordered. After being in touch with customer service, I was given quick and wonderful service to have the liner returned and corrected. Eventually, my husband wanted the liner in the color that first came and that saved a return and we did not need the shipping label emailed to us for the return. I give 5 stars to Amanda T. The received items I returned over a week ago as they do not fit as described. They tell me the warehouse is too busy to process yet despite being able to ship out product same day. Now they changed story and say will be 7-10 business days after they process return. Worst service I have ever experienced.

I ordered Mats for two different vehicles, Jeep and Audi. Both vehicles have pegs in the floor that the Mats can attach to. The Jeep Mats (black) came with covers. The Audi Mats did not, when I asked the company they told me I needed to remove the factory Mats and just use theirs but I don't want to lose them. So I will need to place tape under the Mat and use clear caulk to fill the hole. Customer Service couldn't explain why the Jeep Mats have the same pegs in the floor but we're shipped with covers. Also, the colors shown online for their Mats are much darker than they are when they arrive. Just order black or you might be disappointed!

I purchased WeatherTech floor liners HP for 2023 Subaru Crostreek. Water runs down my gas latch to the complete left side bottom. My carpets are all wet. Weathertech Car mat on driver side does not work properly. No groove on the far left mat to stop the water from seeping to the gas latch and wetting the carpet. The whole purpose to spend 184$+ taxes was to prevent wetting the carpets and preventing the salt penatrate the carpets. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ! THEY DONY EVEN REFUND YOU.

What is floor liners? Got him a few weeks ago and the scuff. I wear rubber soul driving shoes, so that shouldn’t happen. Customer service rep told me they don’t take things back but after a while, she said, take pictures and send them to her. She’ll see if she can get permission to take them back at which point she said if they do, I’d have to bring them to a UPS store so I can wrap them up and ship them back to them. I try to explain to the lady that I am disabled and I cannot carry them to a UPS store, nor can I clean them with soap and water like she told me I need to use. I feel under the circumstances with my physical condition being what it is, they could’ve been nicer and just said will send you back a credit for your $140 at which point I would just throw the mats out. I had my original carpet mats that came with my car put back in and even though they are three years old, they look better than the one week old WeatherTech mats
