Decent product but they are not…
Decent product but they are not completely honest. They advertise their products are proudly made in America but the window rain stops plainly state made in Germany.

Ordered floor liners for Denali. They did not fit correctly. Folded, bunched up, made gas and brake pedal not function properly. Also made door not close all the way. Tried to send them back and company would only take them back if I forfeited $40 from my purchase cost, even though it was of no fault of my own. Made very cheaply. Thin easily damaged material. Definitely not worth the price, with horrible customer service to match..

Got my floor liners for my new trax! Installed and love them! They fit like a glove! I’m very happy with this product and recommend them to family and friends!

Received bug deflector for front hood. Quality of material is 4.5. However the laser cut quality is a 3.5 and the attention to detail on the laser cut is 3. It does not follow hoodline perfectly. There are gaps from 1/16 to 1/8". Does not seem a lot but since deflector dark and the car light these gaps are very noticeable. I would not purchase again.

WeatherTech sent the wrong product. Spent hours getting it resolved. A clueless company with dated online commerce capabilities. No idea of customer service or modern customer experience.

Way overrated, and not worth the money. I think they should check their lasers. I ordered floor liners for my car. When I installed them there were gaps by the drivers door. I called customer service and they asked me to take them out turn them upside down and place a weight on them overnight. I followed their instructions, put them back in my car and the gap was still there. Called Customer Service back and asked if I could exchange them, they wanted me to purchase them again, and send the first set back for a refund. I was finally able to convince them to send me the new set and promised to return first set. Unfortunately I had the same exact problem with the replacements. Mike Loukis

I purchased front and rear mats for my Tundra, had to return them because received the wrong mats, then it took over a month to get the right mats shipped to me. Once I received the "correct" mats I only received the rear mats and they were delivered to the wrong address a mile down the road and had to have a neighbor find me to give me the rear mats, called weathertech to get the front mats which are being shipped now still over a month later. Opened the rear floor mat box and put them in the truck and they hang over the edge about 2 inches to far on both sides. "LASER CUT" I don't think so. These are just plastic mats cut to fit any truck just like the cheap old plastic mats used to be in Walmart. They are thin and useless. I'll end up having to put regular cheap mats back in the truck to protect the carpet. Weathertech mats are a TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY... I purchased them because they say they are an American product and wanted to support USA products, but this is NOT what I signed up for. Just a total useless piece of plastic that will not protect anything, does not fit, will not last and shipped to the wrong address, plus I only received half of my order but paid full price. SO you order at your own risk. I have told you the truth on here and when you end up with this same mess the rest of on here half had, it’s your own fault. You can get a much better product for this price... I paid $240 for front and rear mats that are worth $20 and NOT LASER cut. Good luck.

Weather tech mats are not what they are cracked up to be. They never look clean unless you buy their product. The Floor mats in the back curl I’ve had two sets do this. I will no longer by WeatherTech mat I by Husqvarna.
