I called because I washaving an issue with curbside pickup on the website. Andrea Carrillo answered the call and was absolutely friendly, professional, and took time to help me and placed the order on the phone. Most likely I did something wrong on the website, however she said it was probably a glitch online. She is what makes a company succeed. Customer service is very important. Anyways just wanted to let weathertech know that she is worth the investment. Thank you Mr. Yasin

They fit but the material they use is of low quality. We own a Land Rover, Audi and BMW. The BMW is new and was sold to us with winter mats-far superior to Weathertech as the material is actual rubber. I have mats that I purchased for the Rover and Audi and the material is cheap and does not completely clean-it stains. I’ve contacted Weathertech a number of times , and shill they respond, they refuse to “listen!” Would neve tv purchase again, poor quality, poor service and inferior product. Their money goes into advertising, not improving the product.

As a returning WT customer I found my recent experience very disappointing. I have a F250 that uses the snap-in floor mats. Over time (about 2 years) the grommet that holds the mat in place won't grip anymore. The red grommet simply pops out and snaps back into place. I called customer service to see if I could get a replacement grommet and was told it would have to be treated as warranty item and I would have to take photos and a new mat sent out....all for a simply plastic grommet that I would install....seems awfully wasteful and inefficient and puts the burden on me. I will find another company in the future.

I was referred to WeatherTech by several people for a full set of sun shades for the windows of my Honda Odyssey. The order shipped immediately and was received within 5 days. We had a small glitch (not the company's fault!), and in resolving that issue, I found the customer service superb. Very quick, detailed, attentive response. I absolutely could not be happier with the product or the customer service. For anyone looking for blackout options for their vehicle - forget the hassles of making your own shades with Reflexit (which actually is not designed for car windows anyway!). WeatherTech has the answer!

I called to see if they might offer a shipping discount to me, as a prior customer. A few years back making my second purchase, a woman offered that to me, thanking me for my loyalty. Times have changed. I called and asked for a similar courtesy. I was cut off in mid sentence by "Dave" (sounded just like the guy in the commercial), telling me they don't give discounts, with a level of arrogance I couldn't begin to understand. I tried to explain, quite nicely, that I didn't ask for a product discount, just some help with the shipping. I couldn't get a word in. He was borderline nasty. I hung up and promptly bought Smartliners from Amazon, over $100 less, with free shipping. I wanted to support a US company, but the level of snobbery made that impossible.

Incredibly less than paper thin. Would never buy again!!

Twice the customer service department has failed to send me the Tech grips for 2 vehicle orders, over $500 worth of floor mats etc...after emailing them and explaining what exactly I had been shorted, they still sent the incorrect amount of grips, emailed them again and the representative said he saw that his fellow rep sent me what I was missing, so I had to start over AGAIN, explaining I'm still short the total quantity. Nobody listens these days, Nobody gives a darn. Will NEVER BUY ANOTHER PRODUCT FROM THEM AGAIN! Screw me once, shame on them, screw me twice...shame on me!

Everytime i get a new vehicle i buy the full range of weathertech items for it. Not the cheapest but i think it is worth the investment. Once i had a hood guard deivered and it was bent in the box which caused a crease. I contacted customer service and i was treated like a criminal. Going back and forth over and over finally they asked for the item back and refunded my money. I asked my case be escalated and it was ignored. So i agree with a lot of reviews here. Customer service is one of the worst i have ever experienced. Such a same as i love the products. My CSR rep was Haley Sink.
