I ordered a set of floor liners and paid over $80.00 for 2 day shipping. The order was placed on Thursday and now it's Monday and still no delivery. I left a message with their customer service because it states "the fastest way to get help" no one ever responded. I called customer service and I was told they don't ship on the weekends 2 days would be business days (it does not say that on the website) I told them I was tracking the package and it had updates for Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I was then told that 2 day shipping almost always is 3 days (again not on the website). The customer service rep I spoke to was in a hurry to get me off the phone and she did refund $40.00 of my shipping. (not quite half) I'm sure weathertech products are very good but their customer service stinks.

Just for the floor mats- now have had in 4 cars. Great. Ordered sunshade- cheap not well made and they charged over $50. I reviewed and mention cheapness and sent an email and if you call, you can’t connect to a live person. If I could have gotten a Subaru sunshade and it comes with the case for a Toyota, I would have, they know how to make a good shade.

I keep trying but have had the same results! The front mats bend away from sides allowing snow/water and debris go right down the side. I have contacted them and they replaced them but these do the same thing! I have to stop wasting my money on these because they DO NOT perform like they advertise!

Customer service is a joke! They admittedly sent us the wrong product and refuse to either give me 100% money back OR send me the correct product. Unreal.

Bought mud flaps for a 2022 Ford Bronco full size the plastic clips for securing it to the Fender liner tabs strip out under any. Sort of wind one impact from a trunk of ice on a muddy puddle on a gravel road was able to break. All of the push pin and center mounts they are too short to protect the rear doors and quarter panel behind them from the front and leave a gap between the. Fender flare and the mud flap where rock still come up and can hit the front door extremely poor quality avoid this product.

Not sure why all the price gouging for these. Went to order some window vents and floor mats for a BMW and the freight was extremely high and not even combined for multiple items. Then I read that if you purchase more items the freight would be cheaper (visors excluded of course) so I price a set for my 2007 JK and those were more than double the price than the BMW mats. Not sure why this company in 2023 is one of the few that still gouges jeep owners and doesn't have free shipping options. They certainly push the patriotic Made in USA talking point but yet refuses to give military discounts. Pretty sure this is why China gets the win more often than not for purchases.

WeatherTech products damaged my truck requiring 1500 in damages. They refuse to even communicate about the issue. Buy their products at your own risk!

I ordered a cargo liner for my 23 Buick Encore GX. I got it 2days later and it didn't fit. I sent it back within 30mins if getting it and it was received back 2days later. I called customer service to see how long it takes to get my refund back and I kept getting the run around for an answer. I was finally told 5-7 business days but not sure if that's from the day the item was received back or checked into the warehouse. I'm already not happy that the laser measured guaranteed to fit liner didn't fit not to mention I'm not get my $19 shipping back either but to get not get a straight answer on when I would get my $135 back is another thing. I ended up going to my local Autozone and spending $20 on a trim to fit liner and did it myself. Thanks for nothing Weathertech!!
