When our 2019 Ford EcoSport was new we decided we want to protect the carpet in the front area of the floor, so we bought two floor protectors, one for the drivers side and one for the passenger. Not happy with them as they do not fit perfectly. They said buy US made products so we did, not happy.

I purchased a truck-bed cover from WeatherTech (upwards of $1,000) and the latching system broke within 30 days of extremely light use. This was in January, and it's now August and they have refused to truly listen to my concerns and try to shortchange fixes for the cover. Don't waste your time, because they won't help.

I have a 2022 Jeep Cherokee Limited. The Weathertech Wind Defectors do fit exactly in the windows' channels and are a firm fit. It helps to watch the video first because the front Weathertech Deflectors are held in by pressure rather than adhesives. You have to bend them to get the ends in the channels. Once in there, you can place the liners properly so that they are a snug fit and do not interfere with the window opening and closing. The left side was a little tight and I had to play with it to allow the window to move up properly. The rear Deflectors fit by pressure but also have a small amount of 3M adhesive. They fit well and did not require much in the way of adjustment. Weathertech is more expensive than others, but they are high quality and have a lifetime warrantee.

I have purchased weather tech products for almost every vehicle we have owned. Therefore I really like this product; I recently purchased window vents for my wife's new car full set front and rear. Only comment that I have is that they have retooled the rear vents for at least this vehicle; instead of using the double face tape that they normally use they went to using clips and I really don't like this fit. They are coming loose; so before we lose them I will use the double face tape to fix this issue I'm having.

The phone holder piece snapped off from the arm that sits inside the cup holder. I contacted WeatherTech because they have a lifetime warranty. Unfortunately, they do not live up to it and are not replacing the item. I have had the product for about two years, and they expect me to show proof of purchase. Who keeps receipts that long? Thanks for nothing, WeatherTech! UPDATE: WeatherTech has responded and decided to honor its lifetime warranty. They are sending a replacement. While I am satisfied they are replacing the damaged product, it should not have required this much energy to resolve the issue.

I read some of the reviews for the bumper topper prior to buying it. One review stated that the topper was shorter than he was hoping for. When I opened the box, I knew what he was talking about. I had a couple of marks in my rear bumper, and it did cover them. I do not see why Weathertech don't add 3 or 4 inches to each end and make it a real great product. It's not as long as the trunk opening. Great material and easy to install, that is not my complaint. Just the length.

Purchased window vents for my 2021 Honda Cr-V & had them professionally installed. The vents constantly slide & almost lost one while driving that flew off the window. I contacted WeatherTech & they were quite nasty trying to blame my installer then told me to return them at a cost to me. No way, the box was already trashed & for the price I paid, I wasn't about to pay additional costs. Very unreliable company. I would NEVER recommend them.Oh wow, can't write a review over a year? Wow, ripoff
