Don't purchase WeatherTech floor mats. We were so disapointed when we received floor mats for 2024 Highlander. In the past we purhased WeatherTech floor mats and other accessories for four vehicles. They were well made quality products that fit well. The floor mats we just received are thin and flimsy. The mats the dealer provided with the car are 10 times better. It's a shame WeatherTech no longer takes pride in their products. I guess quaility and pride of the product is a thing of the past. Save your money!

I ordered front and back and cargo liner black for my 2016 Cadillac Escalade. I ordered 3 parts and received four. They sent two front sets that did not fit. Two middle sets that only one fit. The other set looked like it had not been cut out all way on one. You could see the perforations where it was not cut. I did not receive the cargo liner at all. When I called the support number, they informed me everything was dropped off. I told the agent yes three boxes were dropped off. But only one set was correct. I returned all the items because from what he had just told me I wanted no issues with Weathertech. I have four cars this is the first time I used them. Weathertech really needs to get their business model in line. If you send a customer 4 items when they order 3 and only 1 is correct. You need work on your business practices.

I bought a set of 4 mats for 2 different cars. One set of mats came in with the proper cut and color. The other set came in the correct color, but the wrong cut for the front passenger. When contacting the company to let them know the mat was cut incorrectly, they did everything possible to say it was my fault and I must be doing something wrong. I sent a picture. I wasn't placing it incorrectly. The cut is simply incorrect. They told me there was nothing they could do. I told them what I ordered is not what I got and I prefer not to have to go directly to my cc company to get reimbursed, I prefer they handle the situation properly. So instead of just sending me out a new front passenger mat or offering to refund part of the order so I could go buy a front mat elsewhere, they said if I wanted a refund, I would have to print a label, find a box, pack them all back up, drive to a ups/fed, drop off the box, and then I could get a refund. I don't have a printer and asked that they mail me a label and set up for someone to pick up from my house. Crickets for over a week. I'm just going to my credit card. It will be easier than working with them. Attention Weathertech: Just make it right, in the easiest way possible, for the customer. It's really that simple. This mistake was on your end. So I, the customer, shouldn't have to jump through hoops to make it right for myself. All you have to do is have good email CSR's who just handle things properly. That's it. Mistakes happen. That's ok. It shouldn't have to take a bunch of time to have to deal with it.

Terrible floor mats they don’t last at all. After 4 months they start to curl up and at 8 months they wear and get holes. I don’t recommend these mats. Over priced and don’t last.

Ordered window deflectors for my car .. They arrived as promised. After 3 hours of saying to many bad words, I still cannot get one of the rear ones installed. They advertise about being "made in America," but right under their logo, it proudly states "made in Germany" !!! Now I am going to have to count this as a loss and order some cheap Chinese made ones !! will probably of better quality anyway. WILL NEVER BUY WEATHERTECH AGAIN !!!!

2018 Toyota Avalon Headlight Lamp Guards are impossible to apply properly. Even bought the cleaning and slip solutions to do it right first time. Just forget it. Constant whack-a-mole with bubbles and pop-ups. Tried trimming it a little - no help. Just looked worse. Probably better to just buy new headlamps when they get oxidized. I went past their 30-day return window waiting for warm weather, so in the trash with it. Good riddance.

Kyle Ward came to look at my roof. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He is works really well with most insurances and is a very instrumental piece in helping me get a new roof out on! I look forward to working with him again in the future.

Simply the worst mats around. They curl and impede the accelerator. Stay away.
