First I received the cupfone - JUNK - poor instructions - my service dealer couldn't even figure it out! Next I received the phone stand (for inside) - my phone wabbled front to rear with no adjustment to fix that I returned both items at my expense because of my wasted time and frustration trying to make them work. Then I did what I should have done before ordering anything from WeatherTech - I read the reviews - NOT GOOD, so I cancelled my order for car floor matts. I spoke with a lady at WeatherTech who made every effort to help but she doesn't make this junk and can't fix that. How sad to feel good about making purchases of products make in our Country to find they are junk.

Weathertech is not what they used to be, Customer serivce has gone down the drain. I have order for many of our trucks, SUV etc. CUSTOMER SERVICE AWFUL-IT HAS TOOK A MONTH TO GET CORRECT PRODUCT ORDERED. ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR $$ YOU ARE TRASH TO THEM. wE ARE NOT THE ONLY ONES SAYING THE SAME THING. Once upon a time they was the markets leader. Now there is many other better options. READ REVIEWS-DO YOUR RESEARCH.

Premium cost but the quality is no better than the stock mats that came with the car. We bought these for both our 2024 Camry and our 2019 RAV4. The front mats don’t fit properly but at least go higher up the sides than the stock mats I guess. The rear mats do not cover any extra and fit worse than the stock mats. Save your money and do not buy. I did try talking to customer service to see if there is anything they could do like produce new mats that actually fit, the customer service rep was so defensive and obnoxious. His stance by email was “You suggest all the products are ill fitting. These parts are sold extensively across North America and we are not aware of any liner fitment issues for the Toyota Camry or RAV4”. Clearly all these one star reviews should tell you otherwise. You’re stuck with the return shipping if you decide you want to return them but the boxes are so huge you won’t recover much money.

We have been buying WeatherTech floor liners since they first came out. We've had three separate vehicles over those years on progressively the quality and craftsmanship has significantly declined. Would not buy them again

Really disappointed in this product. After years of them telling me how great the product is and how well it fits and how it's made in the US, i bought a set for my new 2024 GMC Sierra. Front fits fine. The back is cut too large and won't lay flat. The doors catch the outer edges, and they just fold up. They look like crap. I emailed WeaterTech with an inquiry, but nobody bothered to respond. Terribly disappointed in the product and the company.

Ordered rear bucket seat covers for my Explorer. Since my dog rides in the back I wanted to protect the seats. Well after having 3 people review the instructions and try to install, I gave up. Way too complicated and if I needed to remove them for passengers it would be a nightmare. Ended up ordering seat covers off of facebook that work perfectly.

I purchased weather tech floor mats for my 2019 Honda CRV. The rear seat mats and storage area work well, however the driver side front are not very good. The edge closest to the drivers door isn't snug. It’s actually something you need to be mindful of when entering the car. Very disturbing.

I have to agree with 66% of Weathertech customers who gave ONE STAR reviews. I just purchased and installed side window deflectors on my 2020 Colorado. The front ones were easy to install, but the rears were a nightmare because the clips weren’t the right size and didn’t fit into the weatherstripping, so I installed them with the adhesive tape that was already on the deflectors. I actually watched their video on You Tube FIVE times before I attempted this installation just to make sure I followed their instructions. One rear deflector was also scuffed up and scratched right out of the box, so I called customer service to report these issues to a very unfriendly representative. In the end, it’s not worth the time and effort to send them photos of the scratched deflector and wrong size clips. I can live with it. I just won’t buy anything from WeatherTech again.
