My wife bought me a cup phone in 2020 there weak wear point broke from regular use supposed to be lifetime warranty it’s definitely defective from taking the phone in and out over time it crack so I call them no that’s no covered I paid a lot for the aluminum knobs and the don’t cover there poor design so what do you cover nothing I bought it because it’s made in America but I’m will to bet china would have covered this so probably going to find another American made come real disappointment

Over priced floor mats for 2020 Toyota Highlander. They are not the best for the money. They seemed to have improved a bit by not looking and feeling like hard plastic but now a more rubbery feel and better gripping on the carpet. They still sell the crappy slippery version so be careful when you buy and ask for the updated material.

I purchased a CupFone holder. There was NO way to separate the different sized cups. The "tool" was not the right size to fit into the opening. It was a thin piece of plastic that kept slipping. The video is deceiving. It showed how easy it is to separate cups. Why don't they just separate the cups with a small piece of plastic or paper!? I finally taped the darn thing to the bottom and slammed it on a counter top. FINALLY THE CUPS CAME APART. The customer rep even mentioned there had been issues about that. Also I had ordered the holder for my iPhone 15 that has a case on it. It wasn't large enough so I had to spend another $25 to get a larger one. I won't purchase any more products from them. The mats aren't the greatest driver side cracked and a piece opened up like a flap. So I reached out about warranty and was told the Matt's weren't maintained appropriately. Yes they had mud on them in the photos , but I am pretty sure that is their purpose, to protect the carpets. So need less to say don't waste your money because their So called warranty is __ __ it.

Drivers side wore out between the gas and brake pedal just after a year. Called to see about purchasing just the one mat. They only sell them in pairs. I would not recommend this product. High priced crap.

I purchased the rather expensive sunshade, thinking it was a custom fit for 2024 Jeep Wrangler. It is not a good fit and does not stay up. And I got the carry bag for it. The bag is almost twice as long as necessary. I am very disappointed. A waste of money.

There was a scratch on one of the window deflectors that I didn't notice until I had already finished installing all the deflectors. I emailed WeatherTech and customer service told me it could've been me that damaged the deflector and because it was already installed they would only offer me 10% off. I said I didn't want $17 I wanted a window deflector without a factory defect. Still waiting on a response. Not sure why the deflector being installed was the issue, if I had seen the scratch before the install and emailed WeatherTech they could just say I scratched it BEFORE the install, maybe WeatherTech's slogan should be something about calling their customers liars 👎👎 If WeatherTech gets back to me and will replace the damaged deflector I will update this review. ***WeatherTech replaced the damaged deflector. I'm still unhappy with having to get into a dispute about a $5 piece of plastic but I guess some companies put absolute bottom line over potential repeat customers 🤷‍♂️ **updated to a 2 ⭐️ rating because of the replacement part being sent

Purchased a premium cup phone holder. It wouldn't tighten enough to keep the phone upright. I had to use glue to make the holder work properly. The adjustment screw needs to be longer with maybe a rubber washer.
