Poor excursion
The liner does fit as described but good luck trying to get it to stay in place. There's no texture or attachments to help it stay in place. I would not buy this again.

I placed an order for floor mats, and immediately decided not to install. I called customer service and spoke with Yadiera who said no problem order has been cancelled . I then asked for a confirmation number and was told they do not provide them but be assured cancellation was complete. 9 hours later they shipped item and charged my card. Called this AM and spoke with a very helpful customer service rep who sent me a prepaid return label. So I was too quick to judge what was simply a mistake.

They look great to begin with and work well but you can never get them clean (looking good) again. I’ve used an electric scrub brush along with an electric toothbrush and I can’t get them to look clean.

Ordered the WeatherTech floor liners for 2025 Honda Accord Touring. The Driver side is okay, but the passenger side one is 2 1/2 inches too short. We emailed WeatherTech and sent pictures but got nowhere. Called them 3 days later. Explained the floor Liners are too short. still ended up nowhere. I want WeatherTech to make this right. The passenger side floor liners are just too short! We would like an exchange. Husband wears a men's 11 shoe size. When he is relaxed back on the passenger seat his feet go over this WeatherTech floor liner. We don't need that to happen, otherwise I'll suggest do not buy WeatherTech floor liners on facebook's Honda Accord owners group.

Not a good fit on my vehicle. Too loose. Already lost on side of 2 and had to take the drivers side off before I loose that also.

They advertise that the floormats are customized to each make and model of car. Well, not really. The mats I got for my new Cyber Truck are too short, had to be trimmed, and still only fit "close."

My girlfriend ordered me a set for my 2016 tundra when I got them in the front t fit perfect and looked perfect but when I got the back out of the box they look like are they are discolored. I have never had a set before I thought the quality would be better but I guess not

I was confused by the description/application of the no-drill mud flaps for my 2016 Ram 1500. According to their website, a 2016 Ram with the long running boards, which my truck has, can not use the front mud flaps. But if the truck is equipped with 2" shorter running boards the front mud flaps are available. My confusion stems from the fact that the online installation instructions for front mud flaps show them being installed on a truck with the long running boards. So, living pretty close to the Broomfield, CO store, I thought I'd just go there and get some clarification. Once there I explained what was puzzling me and the sales tech told me that because my truck has the long running boards, it's configured differently and guaranteed me the front mud flaps would not fit and promised me that I'd be bringing them back to return them. I just couldn't reconcile this since the photos show the mud flaps being installed on a long board truck. So, I decided I'd buy them and take the chance of a return or do some light modifications to install them. Well, I began the install and found they fit perfectly following the directions precisely and had to make no modifications to my truck or the running boards to complete the install. So basically the sales tech had no idea what he was talking about and essentially lied to me about my truck being configured differently and the promise of the mud flaps not fitting. You only get to do that to me one time. Never again WeatherTech. I took the chance on buying these based on past experience with their products on various vehicles. Floormats & mud flaps on an F-150 and mud flaps & a cargo liner for a Ford Explorer were all installed fairly easy and of decent quality. The sunshade I bought for the Ram was overpriced junk, but having been happy with the mud flaps in the past, I thought I'd take a chance on these. Bottom line is having been lied to and the level of incompetency of this tech has absolutely ruined my impression of WeatherTech going forward. My interpretation of the discrepancy from what I saw and what I was told was completely discounted with no effort made to contact someone who might have some actual knowledge of the product or any fitment issues ruined it for me.
