When we booked our trip to New Orleans we were worried about hurricanes and stormy weather. It was the end of September so you never know. Bought the WeatherPromise on a hunch! Turned out to be a good one! It rained almost everyday we were there and it kept us from doing everything we wanted to. The WeatherPromise came through and we got a major refund on our VRBO for the trip! Payment came quickly!

We were on South Haven, Michigan for 4 days. It rained on and off 2 days. I submitted a claim. It was denied. You said that the minimum rain was not enough. I explained my phone weather app was .25 inches on Wednesday, .45 on Thursday. ( .16” with 4 hours of rain). You explained how you gathered data. And you said you will look into it further. You said you will get back to me within 72 hours. You got back to me within the time frame. You said you pay me back half of the amount. That’s fair because it rained half the time. You were very professional. And I can’t tell you how impressed with the way you do business. Tobias Enke was great. Kudos to the company.

We purchased WeatherPromise insurance for our family vacation in Marathon, Florida. Unfortunately, rain ruined most of our trip, leaving us stuck inside with our grandchildren and eventually causing us to cut our vacation short. Even though the weather data showed the rainfall a little short to qualify for a full payout I was able to work with customer service(Tobias) to get a reasonable offer from WeatherPromise. I was impressed with the quick responses from customer service and overall am happy with the turn out.

I purchased their weather insurance for our trip to Miramar Beach last weekend for the Topeka Odies Beach Vacation weekend, and I am so glad I did! We had enough rain during our stay to meet the payout threshold, and WeatherPromise did exactly what they promised. I just received a full refund of our VRBO rental cost, even though we still stayed at the property and enjoyed our weekend!
