I’m so thankful I made the decision to get WeatherPromise for our trip. It was well worth the money and peace of mind. Communication was great and it was a very easy and quick process to get our money back:)

The Weather promise came through with the refund after it rained while on vacation. Hit the 2 days of rain and money was returned as promised. No games or scam, they keep you informed during your stay and during the refund process.

I was skeptical of this coverage when purchased but not anymore. I didn't even have to initiate a claim. They contacted me with a refund offer the week after our trip. The process didn't take long and was not complicated at all and the money was deposited in my bank account the next day.

Easy to track and understand. Payment was made quickly. Just not a fan of having to link my account

I have never used this before but it was great! We just got back from Florida & the weather was not great. We had 2 rainy days to start our trip & then the hurricane came. I already have been refunded my money & it was hassle free. I would highly recommend this especially for the cost! I will always get this before a trip from now on

I had my doubts but they did follow thru as was stated when I bought the insurance. Thank you for making a refund so easy though the amount of information required was curious.

Wir waren an der Ostsee,es hatte des öfteren geregnet. Sogar einmal von nachts bis nachts! Ein anderer Tag ,fast den halben Tag Regen. Natürlich bekommen wir nichts,weil angeblich ihre Wetter Beobachtung zeigte ,es hätte nicht viel geregnet! Was zur Hölle,wir waren doch live vom 4.10. - 10.10. da.Jeder der in der Nähe von Hohendorf wohnt,in dieser Zeit,hat es da nicht geregnet,das bilden wir uns ein! Das heißt,sie wissen aus der Ferne mehr,wie die Leute vor Ort! So kann man als Versicherung auch Geld machen! Definitiv war das ,das erste und letzte Mal für mich! Ein Nachtrag,im Nachhinein,wurde dann doch 50% erstattet. Hätten wir nicht 2 Tage fast durchgehend Regen gehabt, hätte ich auch nicht so reagiert. Ich bin immer noch der Meinung,Recht sollte dahin ,wo Recht ist. Danke für die 50% und dieses hat dafür gesorgt,dass ich mir für das nächste Mal, nochmals darüber nachdenke,es wieder zu nutzen. I was skeptical first , but I am glad we decided to purchase weather promise. We ended up with mandatory evacuation orders due to hurricane in Mirama Beach. Tobias was very understanding , we were short of 1 hr rain on our 3 day rain insurance . Company worked with us and we received partial payment as good will based on circumstances. It helped a lot with vacation that turned out not as vacation we anticipated .
