I have not had to use it except or testing, so my rating is upon no true real life usage...

I think this is one of the best services for young women in college.

What I don't like is when my phone is on silent (which it always is because I don't want to be bothered with random texts and emails) the wearsafe notifications don't come in very loud. They just vibrate which is great if I'm holding my phone but not great for my friend in danger if I'm not. Would love to have an option in the app that allows it to override my phone being set on silence because ug I friend is an emergency I want to hear it and help-and if I ever have to push my wearsafe button I want my friends to hear me. More points to consider-my friend already lost her wearsafe and it's been a week because it slipped off its clip system that comes with the device. Perhaps consider something more sturdy. Also a huge fear of mine is ring in a location where I have low cell survice and either my message for help won't go out or my location will be wrong. One last point-because I use Bluetooth for slot of other things or sometimes turn it off maybe see if there is a better way to pair or if for some reason I am connected to something else it overrides I'm using to get signal on or maybe somehow manages to turn Bluetooth on so you can send the message of help. Just some thoughts.... now to what I love about wearsafe: I love knowing that I have my wearsafe on me, last night I was out late with a friend and when walking through the empty parking lot to her car I kept my wearsafe in my hand ready just incase, it's a good feeling knowing in a couple seconds your friends/family will know where you are and what's happening.

This is a great tool to keep you safe! Had a few issues with the clip but not enough to discourage anyone from purchasing!

I love the idea and features of wearssafe, as it helps me feel safe walking alone at night through campus. This became especially clear this recent week as the surrounding area of campus has been having sightings of people dressing up as clowns harassing the public. Using wearssafe gave me the safety I needed to walk through campus at night without worry. Out of my experience with the product, I only have one complaint. As of right now, wearssafe only works if the open is open and running in the back group of your phone. This isn't very practical, as not everyone will remember to open the app and leave it running before going out. It would be amazing if it were possible for the tag to open the app and send out my safety issue anytime. Thank you for listening to this!

I look forward to when all my friends have it. The Bluetooth (maybe just with Verizon and iPhone 5) sucks up a lot of battery- otherwise 5 stars!

Very small and discreet. Easy to use. Just wish the hook clipped more securely and it opened the back to insert battery better.
