Good device that offers easy notification. The reply to a network invitee needs to be simplified and made a bit more intuitive. Also, guidance on activation sensitivity needs to be more prominent in the set up to avoid inadvertent initiation.

Love the idea. My husband worries when I go out for a run. Wearsafe gives him peace of mind. Relatively easy to use. Had a little trouble setting it up. Did figure it out. Customer service is amazing. I do think ever device should come with a tech t-shirt!

I have traveled with my wearsafe and it puts my family and friends at peace knowing that I am safe in the event of an emergency. I wish the wearsafe came in different colors - it may blend in with clothing this way and not be too obvious!

Great app!!! I just wish it worked with my Apple Watch. I recommend it for everyone!

I bought a device for my two daughters and wife. The clip for one of the girls broke right away so she now carries it on her key chain. Not quite as secure. My second daughter lives across the country and it made my wife and I feel much more secure know she had this device. Unfortunately it would get bumped quite alot and we would get alerts very frequently kind of numbing us to the alert. Perhaps there was a set up issue on our end not sure. I give it an extra star for working to solve an important problem. Have recommended to friends despite the few issues.

Thank you for your feedback. We would welcome the opportunity to work out the ‘kinks’ you are experiencing. We have several activator settings to prevent accidental alerts in the More screen, under Activator Settings; the default single-press option doesn't seem to be the best for you; you could try triple-press or press-and-hold. Please contact us at [email protected], we would be happy to provide you with replacement accessories to get your daughter set up securely and answer any additional questions you have.

I received a quick response to my email question and one problem was addressed immidiately (a broken part replaced) and the other doesn't have a fix yet, but a work-around was offered that did the trick (still no app for some platforms).
