Test Support for Service
Called twice today seeking help with testing the service but got nowhere! The same woman (Michelle) who had no clue ... and kept saying she only responds to billing and shipping... no customer support! However, the number listed to call for Customer Support (877-444-0002) led to her, even when I pressed Tech assistance. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, there was no one available. Terrible! SO different from the OUTSTANDING service I got to download the app and set up my contact list. So disappointed!

I do not recommend the Wearsafe device.
I purchased 2 Wearsafe devices for my college age daughters. Unfortunately , they simply did not work out. They controllers are very sensitive. Even after trying to correct the setting they continued to go off if bumped or tapped. The result left me getting numerous alert messages for no reason. In addition, they are poorly constructed and fell apart numerous times resulting in us pushing them back together. I sent them back and asked for the account to be cancelled after 2 months. On a good note they where responsive to giving me instructions as how to return the items and cancel the monthly service fee.

Hi! I'm so sorry to hear the activator setting changes didn't take care of your accidental alert problems. We haven't had other reports of Tags breaking like you described, and we would have been happy to work with you to replace them under our warranty service. Good Idea, Bad Technology
The key fob would not connect to my phone. I tried changing the battery, and even another phone. It was not functional.

Have no clue about completing the set up.
The app is not easy for me and no one has answered my request for help to set up. Great idea- no one home at company😬

Flawed product did not work out of the box
Purchased two clickers for son and grandmother. During initial test was unable to cancel test alert as app would not allow it.This raised concerns of malfunction during a real emergency - what else is not working properly?? Apps also run in background draining battery for no reason. Returning product. This should not be used or marketed for safety. If a product does not work it should not be offered to the public.

Thank you for the feedback! It sounds like you encountered a temporary issue that we recently identified where users were unable to close alerts because their birthday was saved incorrectly. This issue impacted a small number of users and has been fixed. We’ve also developed Wearsafe to have limited impact on your phone battery while it is running in the background. The only time you should expect to notice an impact on your battery is when you have an alert open or when you have enabled Wearsafe Rewind. round and round
i initially purchased the wearsafe product in March of this year not knowing it was not compatible w/my wife's phone (android), was never notified when it finally became able for use-she became tired of waiting, and lost interest. i have since returned un-used product for refund and have been bounced around since--still have not received any refund (although USPS tracking show they received item on 8-4-16)-it has not been a pleasant experience dealing w/this company over a mere $36.00, although the receptionist was always pleasant to me, very frustrating over a small deal

Could be better.
Lets just say if I am trapped a few miles away from people in my network...there is NOTHING they can do about me...but hey, at least its something rather than nothing.

If you live outside of the US don't bother....
I bought this from Kickstarter and when it arrived it would not work with my UK phone. I emailed customer service multiple times with the problem and never heard back. So, now I have a product I've never been able to use, and a company that will ask me to provide feedback and send multiple emails, but will not respond to multiple customer service requests for help.
