I ordered a Rolex wall clock for our movie room in our home and received a confirmation of order promptly. I then emailed them for an up date on status of the order. NO REPLY I sent another email a couple of days later. Again NO REPLY. I went online to chat, and asked about the status of the order. Once again NO REPLY. I am now informing the credit card company not to honor the charge. I will never order from this company again!
