Order #12585 was a wall clock ordered March 7th. From March 10th through March 18th it was in Jamaica NY. From March 19th it was been in Fairfield NJ, according to the tracking. It still hasn't left Fairfield NJ as of today, March 31st. I am disappointed that I ordered this clock. I never dreamed it would be on the east coast for 21 days and not sent out. It says on tracking that it is awaiting pick-up by USPS. Wclocks provides no phone # to call. I have received at least 4 emails asking how my purchase went, wanting me to rate the service. I feel scammed and abused at this point. If the clock got here in a timely manner and is a nice clock, I would gladly give a good review. At this point, I am extremely disappointed.

Ordered this as a gift for Christmas in late November, the item arrived January 13th…once received the item was completely smashed & two of the front emblems were broken & on the ticking hands. After being late & broken, i reached out to the company for a refund as the holiday was over, the gift was useless & they no longer wanted it. The company took over a month to “resolve” this issue by sending me another clock that the recipient no longer wanted. They refuse a refund & continue to push another clock when the one they sent was late & broken. I ordered from another company & received a working, new clock within 10 days while W Clocks took over a month to reply. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! Makes sense why they don’t have reviews unless you really search around.

Ich habe eine Wanduhr bestellt. Die Uhr kam nach circa zwei Wochen beschädigt bei mir an. Seit ca. 7 Wochen warte ich auf die Ersatzuhr. Die Kommunikation läuft nur per Mail. Die Antwort kommt mehrere Tage später.

Bestilte 2 Rolex ure og modtog begge ure efter 1 måned. Efter lidt tid stoppet det ene ur med at virke og jeg kontaktet firmaet og fik dem til at sende en reservedel som jeg modtog kort tid efter, men det løste ikke problemet. Firmaet var søde over mail og skrev at grundet alt det besvær jeg har haft, så ville de sende et nyt ur. Jeg har smidt det gamle ud og ventet i snart 2 måneder på det nye ur, har sendt dem mails og fået af vide at jeg måtte være tålmodig. Nu er der gået omkring 3 måneder og firmaet er stoppet med at besvære mine mails. Hold jer langt væk, kinesisk firma som snyder og bedrager.

Paid over $160 for a clock for a family members birthday and they decided to never send me the item. Luckily ended up successfully disputing the charge. Avoid this "company" at all costs.

This is 100% a scam company. Fake scans with the USPS tracking saying it was in the US. Took a week to supposedly ship and it’s been supposedly sitting at the airport for 12 days now. Customer service only gives generic responses. Did not address concerns in multiple emails to them. Sent a final email asking for an actual response and update or I would file a charge back in 24 hours. As expected, complete silence. I ended up filing a charge back with my credit card company. STAY AWAY!!!!!

I ordered a rolex clock.... never arrived.... even though I kept getting "Shipping" notice.... RIP OFF.....no response from their customer service .....

Habe die Uhr am 29.11.2024 bestellt und heute den 15.12 hab ich noch nichts gehört die Ware scheint sich laut Tracking Nummer sich seit Tage nicht bewegt zu haben . Kundenservice eine Katastrophe du schreibst und schreibst fragst und fragst bekommst aber nie ein Antwort es ist unter alle Kanonen ich werde mein Geld wieder zurück holen und nie wieder bei diese Online Shop kaufen . Laut Shop Lieferzeit 7-14 Tage jetzt stand 14-18 Tage viel zu lang .
