Once a student loan is sent to the institution, the process is considered complete, and any remaining steps are the responsibility of the institution and lender.
You contacted our supervisory team to update your personal information on file. You were clearly instructed to wait until the certification process was complete and a disbursement date set by your institution. Updating personal information during certification can lead to additional processing, which may require more information and could result in the application being withdrawn by the lender.
Despite this advice, you proceeded to update your information while your student loan was still awaiting certification from your school. Consequently, more information was requested, and ultimately, your application was withdrawn by the lender.
