I’d say they’re one of the worst…
I’d say they’re one of the worst companies when it comes to communication but I did get approved for my mortgage. Still, having payments sent via Zelle directly to the cosigner feels a little sketchy. I think it’s best if all payments are made directly to the company instead.

In situations where the initial payment attempt is unsuccessful, we work directly with the cosigner to ensure they receive payment for their services through their preferred method. Many of our cosigners prefer Zelle because it allows them to receive funds quickly and securely. Even when this step is required, our team continues to oversee the process to ensure everything is handled properly and professionally.
