Well not impressed at all. Applied for a credit card through wawa thinking I would be getting. 50 cents off for every gallon of gas for the first 30 days well have used it twice and nether time I got .50 cents off nor did I get .5 cents off as they claimed but it gets better there own credit card is not supported through there own app.NOW THATS SAD

Wawa in Pompano Beach 33064 some of the service representatives are quite rude. I have ordered online when I get there they don’t know where the rest of my order is and look at me like it’s my fault. Extremely disrespectful I sent a couple of complaints of WaWa with absolutely no response whatsoever. Horrible service and location

I frequent many Wawa's in New Jersey and Pennsylvania every day of the week except Saturday and Sunday. They're convenient for a cold beverage during the long work day. Our only complaint is that the bathrooms at 90% of the Wawa's are extremely filthy and disgusting. This is the only reason why we usually won't eat something prepared at the store. If the bathrooms are that nasty, what is the rest of the store like?

Make sure when using their app you don't cancel your order, because you'll never get your money back. I been waiting for my $14.91 refund since June 17, 2022, were they keep replying that I already had my refund. I can clearly show them I had not.

On June 17, 2022 I placed an online order to Wawa and the delivery time was 11:53am. I waited for my order almost an hour after the scheduled time. I called to cancel the order because I never got it and requested a refund. Today is July 10, 2022 and after a few emails I had sent to their customer service online service I had not received my $14.91 refund.

A Great Big Thank You To WAWA Today. I have 2 sons in the local volunteer fire company. One is a fireman, the other is a fire policeman. We were just sitting down to dinner this evening when (again) their pagers went off. Out they both went to the kind of call a parent dreads, a shooting. A while later I got a text that they would be a "while", and to please save their dinner. I texted back asking if I could bring them something. He finally responded that the folks at the nearby WAWA had just brought them all some coffee and food. I'm still getting choked up just typing this. And, this isn't the first time WAWA has done this for my guys. This is sooo special, I had to share it. Yes, I know some folks have a negative experience at WAWA but, there's usually a bad apple (employee) in every barrel. WAWA truly is doing a great service for our communities. I mean, would you rather go to a 7-eleven ? Oh, Lord have mercy !!!!!! Thank You WAWA from a very grateful Dad......

The breaded chicken is the only thing I go there for it’s the best if you haven’t tried it go in your car and drive to Wawa and order it you won’t regret it!

This place had such good food, I went there literally over a dozen times a week for more than a decade. Now, I don't even stop there for gas. The food is dreadful, the help, useless. But it is the unbelievable decline in the quality of the food that is so utterly sad and disappointing. Building the empire required them to give up their soul and reason for existing. It is like watching the 1969 NY Jets turn into the 2012 Jacksonville Jaguars.
