Hi, thank you for sharing your feedback. We’d like to clarify that this hair dryer was purchased from an unauthorized third-party seller rather than Wavytalk or one of our authorized retailers. As we cannot verify the product’s authenticity, condition, or safety, it is not eligible for Wavytalk warranty or after-sales support. The on/off switch is an internal electrical component that we do not sell separately, and we cannot recommend attempting a self-repair due to safety concerns. The appropriate resolution is to request a replacement or refund from the original seller. You’re welcome to send the seller’s details or listing to [email protected] so our Brand Protection team can investigate. We can also help you identify an authorized retailer for future purchases.
