There was some confusion over an order I made last year that arrived broken. I sent photos of the item and customer service was slow at first but eventually was able to get a replacement for my nephew. The new bracelet is beautiful and they have supportive customer service.

Purchased a couple of watches for the family and myself. We love them. They shipped out and arrived quickly, fit great, nice quality leather details and case. Can't complain. Very responsive emails but the tan color isnt quite tan like they had said. Overall good purchases great watches!
