Hey Kristin, Thank you for the positive review. We do indeed charge a restocking fee on items over $4,000 in value -- really the only reason for this is because we have to pay quite a bit of money and time to re-authenticate and ensure a watch is in perfect condition before it can be relisted, especially with more expensive watches. Our reputation is on the line if anything were to slip by us, so we have to be very careful in the event of returns. Unfortunately we've had to draw the line at $4,000 and up as a business to be able to continue to offer the best, most competitive pricing on our watches. With all that being said, please get in contact with us via phone or email -- if the restocking fee has not already been applied perhaps there is something we can do as a one-time courtesy.
