Hello, Only very expensive watches such as Rolex come with an actual printed piece of paper for authenticity or warranty. The huge majority of watches come with the warranty inside the booklet or as a card. We offer a 2-year warranty from Watch Warehouse that covers the movement of the watch from any defects. Hey Steve, sorry to hear that you're having some trouble with your watch. In the event of a broken pin when trying to size the band this is a pretty common occurrence. Even watch repair stores will sometimes bend a pin, which is why they keep plenty of replacements on hand. We advise always taking a watch to a store to have it resized if you don't have all the tools yourselves or just to avoid any headache, but regardless we have already reached out and we are going to get this replaced for you so you can enjoy your new watch. The particular watch you ordered has a very intricate motif on the dial, and it's a beautiful, rare, collector's watch.

We had some technical issues during our annual inventory that did cause some packages and customer service requests to be delayed by 1-2 days, we're terribly sorry for that. Hi Donna, So the bands will always come a bit large, the idea is that it'll fit most people and you can have links removed to your size. Unfortunately, yes, in most cases you will have to take it to be sized. Hope it wasn't too much of an inconvenience, but thank you so much for your business and for taking the time to write a review!
