Update 1/9: Contacted customer service multiple times regarding a question on the casing of the new watch. Still have not heard back. Disappointed to say the least. Contacted on 12/25, 12/28 on website, emailed on 1/3. No response until this updated review.

The pen and service from you was great but fedx delivered to the wrong address

To start with the positives: they had the best price I could find online, and the Longines Annual Calendar watch I ordered appears to be in good condition. Unfortunately, shipping to Europe took a few weeks (for a $70 shipping fee I expected a bit more urgency). More importantly, the original manufacturer warranty card was not in the box. They explained to me it's a grey market thing. I can understand that, but then please don't mislead customers by clearly advertising the watch as 'with original box & papers' on your website. I wanted to return the watch for this reason, but it was quite hard to get in touch with them through their contact form, or even get a confirmation they received my request. After eventually speaking to a (friendly) employee, it took another week and another reminder for them to get back to my simple request for a return label. They told me they wouldn't cover the return shipping costs, as they only do that when there is a problem with the watch itself. In the end, I decided not to return it to avoid further costs and difficulty. So be aware of this when ordering, especially from outside the US.

I bought a Tag Aquaracer as a gift and am a bit disappointed that the glow-in-the-dark markings do not function as intended. The recipient of the gift is disappointed. After reaching out to WW I was advised that it has been sitting in a safe for a long period of time and needs to be left out for a day or so under sunlight or fluorescent light. Doing this only has a short term impact. I wish at this point I had purchased from an authorized retailer and paid more as they would likely have newer stock and would take the watch back to make it right. WW does not take returns once worn, but you would not realize this feature isn't working until worn. So my warning is to fully inspect the watch on functionality prior to removing any plastic.

Just after i paid $1800 +. It is now on your website for $1700, Am i able to get the difference put back on my credit card.
