I had to return one, my wife did not like, no issue in returns. Ended up buying a more expensive watch for her, turned out it was not working properly, so they didnt ship on my schedule. I called and had it shipped next day, great response to my issue.

Very smooth transaction, called Customer support twice and the lady I spoke to was extremely helpful and patient. Plus the watch was even nicer than I expected, and being in California I literally received it overnight, with the customer service rep going out of her way to get it shipped out thd same day. I’m definitely going to your website first for all my future watch purchases.
