To sort out any confusion, I've ordered a watch from the webpage watchstation(dot)com, an online Shop that belongs to a retail store that's located in Netherlands. My shipping destination was Germany. The watch was a Diesel brand watch that I got in a sale this week and everything went fine. Perfect packaging and got it delivered in two days!! Could not have went any better if you ask me.

Unfortunately I agree with the other reviews. I was told my item would be shipped on the day I got in touch. However my item still hasn’t been shipped and I’ve received no response.

Be careful!!! Watch station store in Gunwarf (morning of 27/03/2022). Fraudulent attempt from an employee. After I selected a watch, she went back to the self with the watch but I didn't realise until later, that she had gone to exchange it with a different watch. After payment was done and the item was bagged, I remembered to adjust size. This is when I realised dhe had swapped the watch. I realised that she had swapped the watch when it was taken out of the box for size adjustment. There were only two designs displyed in the section of the shelf and big difference in size and design. Three of which were exactly the design i chose and one was the only different watch that she had swapped mine with. In addition, she had the watch I chose in her hand already when she went back to the shelve. So, there was no room for exchanging the watches by mistake. Her behaviour was intentional which sets a strongly negative impression about the employee and the store, due to association. When I mentioned the watch was different she tried to dismiss and convince me that I had changed my mind. I had to repeat multiple times for her to listen that the watch was different. If it was a different customer, she could have pressured them to secondguess themselves and take the different watch home. She also tried to send me without receipt and didn't appologise the entire time. There were three and I think two of them said "sorry about the confusion!" when I was already almost out of the shop, facing the door after finishing buying. It was a bizarre experience with extremely unprofessional and fraudulent staff. I have no idea about the reason for an employee to do that but it was a bizarre, fraudulent and unnecessary.

I did place my order 2 weeks ago,was unable to allocate it,after calling and chatting many times and they end the chat or place you on hold then disconnect,I was told that my order did not go through and was asked to place another one,same thing,did not go through,rudly Idris the agent told me it was canceled as my order is a fraud! How rude are they?! No supervisor, no manager,I did use a gift card also to pay for my order,did contact them hundred times,they did not refund my gift card,got rude replies, such no gift card was used ,provide us with the gift card and pin to look it up,they vanished unable to get the refund for my gift card.

I purchased two Armani ladies watches on Monday over the moon with them absolutely delighted got two watches for what I would have paid elsewhere for one and Darren in Livingston outlet store was great his customer service was second to none

Watch station are doing scam,rude impolite customer service,I did place an order and used my gift card kept waiting for shipping email,nothing for 10 days trying to reach them by phone,chat and emails,very rude agents, emails using canned responses, I did provide my order number and all infos received a reply that my item is out of warranty and can not be repaired! How come?! By chatting,Idris the agent told me that I am doing fraud and they had to cancel my order,when I told him how to be rude with customer, he answered more rudly insulting and then closed the chat, the other one was Ahmad who was more rude and closed the chat,Called twice was answered by Aila requested a supervisor, who is not available tried to let her refund my gift card,she dropped off the line ,can't get my money back,rudly she was telling me you are placing too many orders and we have limits per month however This is my first order with them for 2 MK watches,They just use canned responses, do yourself a favor by not dealing with them,save your money and effort

I recently purchased a watch - my Christmas present - at the Cheshire Oaks outlet near Ellesmere Port. The service was outstanding and the assistant, Nadine couldn't have been more helpful. I was rather specific in my requirements and at a previous shop was told I would be lucky to find what I was looking for. So I was expecting another frustrating visit. Nadine however clearly enjoys a challenge and was determined to succeed with my request. And succeed she did and I am delighted with my smart Scandinavian design watch. I would definitely return to the shop in future, it has a wonderful range of designer watches, first class service and was altogether a great shopping experience!

very very bad service. i ordered 5 watches (4 fossil and 1 Armani(that was on big discount they did not sent )they delivered only 4 watches they were cheap on sale and till the date i did not got my second watch. then i filed complaint .Then i sent so many emails everytime i was asking where is my watch but they were sending emails Order is still pending even after 15-20 days after my order received .Then Finally i sent email initiate my refund .Very bad service by watch station online.
