Watch StationReviews of watchstation.com

I needed a last minute gift and was in a panic. I contacted Watch station in Kildare Village and cannot believe the level of service I received. More than 5*. The staff member sent me photos of the watches, earrings and bracelets in the shop and answered my many questions so quickly. I ordered at lunchtime on Tuesday and my package was delivered by courier (no delivery charge) the next day. Probably the best service I have received ever. Well done

Had an amazing service and got my watch in good quality from Becca. They took good care of me whilst waiting for my service and I would recommend to anyone to visit this shop.

Usless and incompetent customer service. I went there to exchange a watch as it was a gift but didn't like any watch in the shop at that time, so I was told to exchange with gift cards as it was the best option as the gift card could be used online. However when I looked for the watch online, there was no option to use the giftcard to purchase anything. I called customer service several times but got no response from them, then after repeatedly calling watchstation branch they said I could use gift cards only in the store. I told I wanted a refund as I was misguided from the staff and it was not my mistake. They confirmed to me via email that I would get a refund and further compensation for my troubles but I would have to go to the outlet. I live near Gatwick and all outlets are quite far from my place still I agreed to go there, but when I went there initially they refused to give refund for giftcard but when I showed them written email they refunded giftcard amount but didn't gave any compensation and said it was not their mistake and as also they didn't promise any such thing. They were adamant that the email was received from another branch which I didn't even contact and I could only get my compensation from that branch even though no purchase was made from the that I received the email through. The manager of the branch was also extremely rude and refused to help me in any sort of way and was fixed in her ways in denying any mistake and not acknowledging how their constant mismanagement was the reason so much of my time was wasted. Please do not waste your time here! You can find much better retail outlets who actually know how to treat their customers.

I have bought a number of watches from their stores for myself and for gifts. I have always been well treated and everyone I have dealt with has been a pleasure. We have purchased over a dozen watches, Zodiacs mainly, but also Skagen, Michele and a couple of close out Watch Station branded watches. The value to performance has been through the roof. I own a retail business myself so I know service when I see it. I deal with the store in Wrentham Ma, so props to you. I can’t comment on the on line store because I always prefer to see exactly what I am purchasing whenever I can.

I placed an order on June 6 and in a week I received the wrong product. I was asked to send it back to get the original one. As it's been three weeks, I neither received the product nor a refund. Such a SCAMMERS. When I was on a call with the agent/ Supervisors they're rude and all they say this "We can't ship the product because it is out of stock and neither the refund" Such fraudsters.

Worst customer service I’ve ever received! I ordered a watch at the kildare village shop and they sent me out my order but also a second order that belonged to another customer. I tried to arrange with watch station for their courier to pick up the watch that I didn’t order but they never organised a return docket on their end. The manager Kelly proceeded to then send me threatening messages on WhatsApp implying that I was refusing to send the watch back and that if I didn’t go out of my own way and pocket to send back a watch (that I had never ordered) that they will be taking further legal action against me and will be taking the money out of my account. I never in my life have come across more incompetent and out right rude and aggressive staff. Absolute disgrace after I have spent over 500 euros on a purchase.

Worst customer service. Do not use this company. Watch broken by them whilst changing battery. Still not returned after nearly 8 weeks.

Worst company and worst customer care, if ur watch is broken under warranty they will take more than 90days to repair without any updates.
