I was in the woodburry common watch station store and was treated really rudely! I will not be back and regret ever going

We recently visited watch station at the Cheshire Oaks outlet near Ellesmere Port. The staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. We even forgot one of the wrist watches in the store and they kindly posted it out to us free of charge. I would definitely recommend this store and will be visiting again. Thanks to the team at Cheshire Oaks outlet.

On a day out at York retail outlets we popped into Watch Station, not to buy, just to look but a blue Skagen took my eye and though I have many watches, my wife bought it for me. A lovely girl called Mollie served us and she was a pleasure to meet. On returning home I tried to correct the time but the minute hand didn't move. Not worlds end, these things happen. I live quite a way from York so e mailed the store, their response was fast, Nicola this time, they sent a returns label for courier collection and kept in contact with 5 friendly e mails until a new watch was sent to me a week later. Exemplary service, just how you would want it to be.

I ordered from Watchstation twice and I had problems with both of them. The first time, even though I entered the promo code but they charged me full price. I had to contact CS twice because the first representative was so rude and ended the chat saying no more promotion can be applied. She was very disrespectful and rude when she ended the chat while I was trying to explain to her that my other order went through with the promotion. Her name is Erika K. I later got helped from another representative and after many evidence, I got refunded. Be aware guys. The second time and also the last time I ordered from this website was last week. I placed 3 orders because they were on promotion (buy more save more) and all of them got cancelled. I felt like this was a scam because they were trying to get attention for new customers but didn't really want to ship out products. I contacted CS and he gathered some other bank info from me and I provided all of the needed info to him. 2 days later I got an email saying they could not verify my bank info. This is a lie. I used my name, my address and my card to buy things and they wanted to lie around just because they don't want to send out the products that they offered the promotion. Listen to me, if you don't want to waste your time, your energy and even your money, get away from this website. And be cautious if you want to buy things from it.

Mein Paket wurde angeblich an den Original-Empfänger zugestellt, während ich aber arbeiten war. Ich wollte vom Kundendienst einen Sendungsnachweis. Gibt es nicht! Ich sollte handschriftlich ein Schreiben als Anhang per Mail schicken. Seit 1 Woche 2x telefoniert, nur leere Versprechungen! Ich habe die Ware im Voraus bezahlt und sitze nun auf den Kosten! Nie wieder!!! Nun muss ich einen Rechtsbeistand einschalten!

Ordered a Michael Kors bracelet as a gift on the Sunday and it arrived on the Thursday. Lovely bracelet and excellent value for money. Delivery was also free. No updates by email regarding dispatch or delivery, but I was able to see it had been dispatched by checking my order on their website. I loved the bracelet so much I ordered another.
