DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Rated "F" on BBB for a reason. Sent working watch in for gaskets and battery. Got excessive quote. Requested a picture of damage. I was supplied a picture of condition as received that shows no damage on working watch. Refused repair. Received a physically damaged non-working watch back. These people are crooks.

I fell for their fancy website and smooth phone sales pitch. The repairs estimate was way over priced for things I didn't need ~~ the items I needed fixed were never fixed ~ in fact one watch came back in worse shape than when I sent. I rushed and didn't do my research and was scammed for almost $1,500. Total TOTAL thieves.

Mailed my deceased father's vintage Elgin watch to this company in Dec 25. It is now October of 26 and I've had no watch or current estimate for return since January of 26. I've called and emailed every two weeks since May and have had no luck. I will NEVER recommend this company to any watch owner.

These people are absolute crooks. They had my watch for over a year (July 2025-9/22/26). First with one issue (date), but when they fixed that they broke it in another place (chrono second hand). Sent it back again and it came back not only with neither problem fixed but also 3 days (9/25/26) after receipt the hands fell off, all 3 of them (that is now yet a new issue). And now today (9/28/26) the mainspring doesn't work, so I can't even wind the watch. They completely destroyed this watch in every way possible. I personally believe they did this on purpose because I got impatient with them after over a year without my watch. I kept calling, leaving messages and when they finally responded, they said they had been waiting for parts and are now working on it. Months more went by, I called threatening with a lawsuit. They responded by being verbally hostile and subsequently sent the watch back stating that ALL issues were resolved. This watch is now completely unfunctional. The date doesn't work, the chronograph second hand resets to the 5 tick mark. The hands are floating around loose in the case (I got a local place to fix the hands) and now I discover the mainspring issue. I don't think watchrepairsusa.com could possibly be this incompetent, which is why I think they purposefully sabotaged my watch. This is a $1200 mechanical watch. These people should not be in business. PLEASE do NOT do business with these people!

Like many others, I should have researched this company. Unfortunately, they've had my watch for 7 months with no updates. I exchanged emails with their allegedly customer service, which was a farce. Basically ignored my demand to return the watch. I filed complaints with my credit card company and the Illinois State Attorney General. I believe the watch to be stolen, as it was a valuable vintage watch. As of today 9/23/26, no communication from this company. Do not use them if you value your timepiece. Also, check the Better Business Bureau and you'll see similar complaints. They have an F rating.

Watch Repairs USA lost my watch. They claimed it was shipped to me and provided a tracking number that UPS said never existed. When probing more they have stopped responding. Do not send any repair to them.
