I called WatchRepair to get an estimate on my Rolex. They gave me a estimate, mailed me the shipping packages with very clear instructions on shipping my Rolex. Two days after receiving my Rolex, I was given a final estimate, and explanation on how long it would take to totally complete their work. Everything went exactly as explained, and I was given a heads up that my watch was on the way home with an extra precaution of a tracking device in the package. An Omega chronometer is not a watch. It is a finely engineered time piece. I have three that range from 20 to 50 years of age. Eventually all watches need maintenance to continue to operate properly.
