I have had a very nice experience in dealing with WatchRepair.net. My Rolex Oyster Perpetual watch was due for a cleaning and repair. After a lot of internet researches, I decided to send my watch to Watch Repair (found it online). I have never met Jeff in person, but after I read the reviews and spoke with him on the phone, I entrusted him with my timepiece. I am very happy I decided to trust him. The shipping and tracking method made me feel very comfortable with the process. The watch was overhauled, repaired and shipped back to me before the estimated date (I received the watch back in less than 3 weeks). The watch looks amazing and works as intended. WatchRepair was fantastic, the shipping was tracked with GPS both ways and Jeff did a very nice job of keeping me informed with the status of the repair. Thank you for doing so nice work.

My Omega Constellation Watch required follow-up service 2 months past the warranty period. Jeff Herman and I discussed the issues and he said that they would stand behind the repairs as necessary, even though the 12-month warranty period had lapsed. Now that's great service!!!
